Welcome to EYEZ (Eyezapp). Your use of this website and of our services is subject to the terms set out below. Using them constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

1. The service

EYEZ provides a data-driven business management and visitor analytics platform for retail chains and stores, including dashboards, analysis and reporting. The scope of the service, its features and its pricing are set out on this website and in your individual service agreement.

2. Subscriptions and payment

The service is offered on a monthly subscription, with no long-term commitment. Pricing is set out on the website and is subject to the terms of your agreement. Integrations with the supported POS systems (Comax, Shopify, Hyp) are included at no extra cost.

3. Fair use

You may not use the service in any way that harms it, other customers or third parties, and you may not attempt to breach, copy or disrupt the platform.

4. Intellectual property

All rights in the website content, design, logo and technology are reserved to EYEZ. They may not be copied or used without written permission.

5. Liability

We work to provide a reliable, continuous service, but the service is provided "as is". We will not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, subject to applicable law.
