These terms apply to the use of the EYEZ website and services.

Welcome to EYEZ (Eyezapp). Your use of this website and of our services is subject to the terms set out below. Using them constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

1. The service

EYEZ provides a data-driven business management and visitor analytics platform for retail chains and stores, including dashboards, analysis and reporting. The scope of the service, its features and its pricing are set out in your quote and in your individual service agreement.

2. Subscriptions and payment

Pricing and the service term are set out in your quote and are subject to the terms of your agreement. The system connects to common POS systems, including Comax, Shopify and Hyp.

3. Fair use

You may not use the service in any way that harms it, other customers or third parties, and you may not attempt to breach, copy or disrupt the platform.

4. Intellectual property

All rights in the website content, design, logo and technology are reserved to EYEZ. They may not be copied or used without written permission.

5. Liability

We work to provide a reliable, continuous service, but the service is provided "as is". We will not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, subject to applicable law.
