Accessibility statement

We believe everyone is entitled to use this site comfortably and on equal terms.

EYEZ (Eyezapp) attaches great importance to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities, on the understanding that equal opportunity and accessibility are basic rights. The site has been adapted in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, the Israeli standard IS 5568, and level AA of the WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.

What has been made accessible

  • Correct semantic structure (navigation landmarks, main content and a proper heading hierarchy) and screen-reader support, including hiding decorative icons from announcement.
  • A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page for keyboard and screen-reader users.
  • Colour contrast that meets level AA (a ratio of 4.5:1 or better for body text), verified with automated tooling across every site template and a range of screen widths.
  • Full keyboard navigation: menus, FAQs, the price simulator, the testimonial carousel and the screenshot zoom — all with a visible focus indicator.
  • Control over moving content: pause buttons for the home-page background video and the scrolling logo strip, and respect for the system reduced-motion preference (prefers-reduced-motion).
  • The home-page video plays muted by default, with a dedicated button to turn sound on.
  • Alternative text for meaningful images, and clear labels on form fields.
  • Full Hebrew right-to-left (RTL) support across the Hebrew site, and left-to-right (LTR) across the English site, with matching lang declarations so screen readers pronounce each page correctly.

The accessibility menu

Alongside the built-in adjustments, an "Accessibility menu" button sits in the corner of every page and offers personal adjustments: larger text (two steps), increased contrast, underlined links and stopping motion and animation. Your preferences are stored in your browser only (localStorage) for future visits, and are not used for tracking.
